Dress2Ride provides cycling clothing organization, ride planning, weather-based suggestions, and AI-assisted recommendations based on the data you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for any activity that occurs under your Dress2Ride account.
You retain ownership of the content you add to the service, including closet items, ride data, and uploaded photos. If you connect third-party services such as Strava or Google Photos, you authorize Dress2Ride to access the specific data needed to provide the requested features.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Dress2Ride in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
Dress2Ride provides informational recommendations only. Clothing suggestions, weather summaries, and AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional, medical, or safety advice.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms, and continued use of Dress2Ride after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if continued operation becomes impractical or unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dress2Ride is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
